Level Up is designed for the creative growth of young people aged 13 – 25, with projects, training and opportunities for volunteering, placements and paid work experience. 

This programme is designed by a core group of our teen to young adult participants, many of whom are neurodivergent or disabled. 

Everyone is welcome as groups are a positive mix of interests and abilities.

Level Up recognises that rural communities often face constraints in youth programming and educational resources, our projects are specifically designed to bridge these gaps through comprehensive support.

We focus on four core objectives: developing creative skills, enhancing education, supporting wellbeing, and creating pathways to employment and further education.

Our youth-centred approach ensures all programs are developed through direct consultation with participants, keeping our offerings relevant and responsive to community needs.
