We had a fantastic day for National Writing Day on 21st June – with Bella Hardy running four song-writing workshops for us with 81 participants aged eight to ninety seven!
We had wonderful writing and creativity with participants at Good News Family Care in the morning, Buxton Junior School and Haddon Hall Care Home in the afternoon and then with youngsters from High Peak Community Arts ‘Tall Tales’ and ‘Film Cuts Club’ to round off the day! Much fun was had by all – #NationalWritingDay ,#amwriting #TellYourStory Thanks to Writing East Midlands and First Story. National Writing Day is funded by the Old Possums’ Practical Trust (T.S Eliot’s Literary Estate) and Arts Council England.
