The Water is Pink and Other Colours was a large scale mixed media event produced by High Peak Community Arts as part of the 600th birthday celebrations for New Mills involving young people from the surrounding area and performed on 28 and 29 Sep 1991. The picture shows part of the performance taking place in the open air at The Torrs and the event was well received despite poor weather.
