Ever considered being a trustee?
We are looking for passionate individuals with expertise in any area linked to our work. For example:
Experience of participation in the arts
Experience of working with young people, vulnerable adults or local communities.
Business knowledge
IT knowledge
Legal or charities knowledge
What does the role involve?
The role of a trustee is to contribute to the vision for the future, oversee the work of the staff team and ensure good working practice within the organisation.
There are 5 or 6 management meetings per year, plus optional extra sub-groups, and we support trustees with their expenses, for example, travel to meetings.
Trustees are registered with the Charities Commission and become directors of a limited company (this means trustees are not personally responsible for any debts of the organisation).
If you are interested or want to know more please call 01663 744 516 or speak to any member of staff.
